Ecobank customers complain over faulty mobile app, hostile customer care staff

I don’t receive alerts due to change of number but getting my alert on my new line is becoming more difficult than a job interview. The customer care personnel demand I provide an affidavit before I can use my fully registered MTN sim card and my ATM card isn’t working. It is the third card I have collected between 2016/ 2017, how awkward. I don’t know if the cards don’t last or my own don’t last. I really can’t say.
