His Royal Highness, Igwe Emmanuel Ugwu, the Eze Okwe 1 of Ibagwa Nike Kingdom, conferred the chieftaincy title on the Chairman, Ugo Ferdinand Ukwueze, during the Igwe’s 13th Ofalla Festival on 13 December.
