The Presidential Committee on Flood Relief and Rehabilitation has handed over the newly completed Internally Displaced Persons (IDP) facility at Mgbarakuma Ubakala to the Abịa State government. At the event, a representative of the committee, Onimode Haruna, urged users of the facility to take ownership of it by securing, maintaining and protecting it from vandalism. [ ]
